As deadlines approach for closing of faculty files for annual and promotion and tenure reviews, please ensure you complete your data entry early and review the guidance above for Running and Submitting Faculty Productivity Reports. We will be limited in our ability to offer assistance on December 30 and December 31.

We have added two options for managing courses listed in the Scheduled Teaching screen, which have been automatically imported from Banner. If you need to add courses to this screen, please use the link found here to add those courses (this link is also available at the top of the Scheduled Teaching screen. If a course has been imported from Banner that you do not wish to include on your faculty productivity report, please check the box at the top of that entry labelled “Check here to EXCLUDE this course from your productivity report.”

Fall 2016 SEI summaries have been uploaded into the applicable course in the Scheduled Teaching screen.

Additionally, we have begun to import entries from the WVU+kc system into the Grants and Sponsored Research [IMPORTED ENTRIES] screen. We will be adding an option to exclude any imported entries from your productivity report in the case of duplication. 

October 23, 2017

Fall 2017 Banner Data has been uploaded to the scheduled teaching screen. Grade distributions and Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI) summaries will be uploaded shortly after they are available in December.

SEI summaries for Spring 2017 and Summer 2017 have been uploaded, with Spring 2016 and Fall 2016 in process for upload now. Summaries for prior semesters are unavailable for central upload.
